In our workshop we fabricate all kinds of installations, complete systems in containers, on skids eventual with on-site installation.
We build containers for technical installation. A standard shipping container could be used as basis, and adapted to your needs with doors, windows, wall penetrations, insulation and more.
Full custom is also a possibility, for example connectable, stackable etc.
The advantage of building installations based on skids or in containers, is reducing installation time on site. The conditions in the workshop are mostly better/more suitable and with factory acceptance testing (FAT) some risks can be eliminated in advance.
We build carbon steel and stainless steel skids with a specific surface treatment such as C5M or hot dip galvanizing, pearl blasting.

Torque- and tensioning will be done with hand- and/or hydraulic equipment.
We have our own tooling such as hand torque wrenches up to 1400 Nm as well as hydraulic torque wrenches up to 4200 Nm. All our engineers are trained for this type of equipment.
We work on all kinds of ‘balance of plant’. We install CO2-extinguishing systems, 48V battery systems for emergency run, Black start diesel generators, pumps, heat exchangers and many more.
Also during a trip or malfunction our skilled and experienced workers can be on site on a short notice.
All welding joints shall be checked by our level 2 VT inspector.
Additional testing according legislation or standards (for example PED 2014/68/EU, EN13480, ASMEB31.X) can be done such as RT, PT, UT, MT etc. With our own equipment for pressure testing we can go up to 300 Bar(g) pneumatic and 400 bar(g) hydrostatic.

We fabricate carbonsteel and stainless steel piping and structures with certified TIG, MIG and Orbital welding processes. We carry out the mechanical and electrical installation of your components.
At your project location we take care of the entire installation. Both mechanical as well as electrical. We organise all what is required, from site facilities up to telehandlers, from lifting up to insulation. Operating worldwide with experienced projectteams and suitable equipment such as tool- and storage containers.
